i want to live in the North Pole.

The heat here in the Philippines is getting worse by the minute. The moment I step out of my house, I start melting like a happy little snowflake. I feel like I'm living in OMAN again. DARN. Living in a third world country like the Philippines, the heat is just making things pretty worse. Good thing there aren't news of people fainting from heat strokes yet.

Well the Philippines, has been hot. It has been that way for ages, after all THIS is a country with a tropical climate. What's weird is that it hasn't been this hot, EVER. And we haven't reached mid-year yet...summer hasn't officially started yet. And what's got me puzzled is that, it has been raining, maybe twice a week. Think about it, today it's scorching hot, then tomorrow it raining...WEIRD WEIRD WEATHER DEAR.

Probably people from richer countries have been wondering what's going wrong...what's wrong? mates, everything is going wrong. In a third world country, if things aren't normal, especially the weather, things will get nasty...LOL... First, there's what we call a "brownout" maybe in Europe, this thing doesn't even exist...but here it is all but common. I remember living in Oman, And brownout's there happen every 5 years...seriously...

And everything else is drying up, the rice paddies, the faucets, and the dams. And dams here, are the main sources of electricity...so no water, no light at night...crappy...indeed.

Maybe the 2012 myth is true, with all the natural calamities happening...maybe the end of the world is drawing nearer, which is why i have to save money to get into that big boat which will save the rich and RICHER people in 2012...GAH..1B euro for a seat...shit it sucks, well I still have 2 years to save up...wish me luck, and i hope i get to meet, the other beautiful creations of God on that boat...but i'm still hoping that everything end's well, I hope that this pretty spinning blue orb lives up to the year 5000 and beyond...Cheers everyone..=P

Etude House

So this new store opened, just a few months ago, and I have been dying to go there. And last tuesday, after the job interview I had at ortigas, I decided to drop by the store. Much to my surprise, it was, as usual SCORCHING  HOT. So the moment I stepped in Megamall, I was sweating profusely..haha..good thing it was quite cold inside.,Quite? yes, quite cold, for Megamall was experiencing partial blackout, probably the generator powered the lobby and hallways, because most of the shops were experiencing "brownouts". LOL..

So, my friends told me that Etude House was near Toy Kingdom. So i went to Toy Kingdom, and voila! a few steps before you reach Toy Kingdom, you see an uber pink store, which was so tiny, the space they occupied was similar to the space occupied by most perfume and make up stalls inside the SM Department store. But then, because it was pink, I liked it. It was like a mini-parlor, and the sales ladies were dressed in cute pink aprons..or whatever you call it. My eyes were gleaming at the site of all the cute little items at the store. And so I told myself I couldn't leave without buying something. One of my friends told me that the items here, were fairly "cheaper" compared to the other korean brands. Well, personally, they were still expensive. But some items were way cheaper, like their nail polish, facial wash etc. By the way I bought these:

(All the pictures i took with my cam were lame so I decided to take pictures from the internet..xD)
*happy teatime aloe tea..( the sales lady told me this was the best-seller) P150 only

*Etude house light eyeliner brush (the "other" eyeliner brush was the one i wanted but it was too expensive (P300+) this one was only P175 yata.. :P

I asked the sales ladies how could I purchase the Lee Min Ho folders, and they told me that they only gave it for free if you purchased goods amounting to P500, darn...well I'm still happy..finally I got to see this. Oh and by the way for the korean fanatics out there, isn't it so cool the Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, and Jang Geun Seuk are models for Etude House...I just love Jang Geun Seuk...*fangirling* nu ni nuuuu =)
*dies..haha
